Some have dark fur and lighter spots others have light hair and darker spots

  • Harbor seals are generally solitary animals with rare interaction between one another.
  • They eat 5-6% of their body weight every day.
  • Harbor seals can remain underwater up to 28 minutes and can dive to depths of almost 300 feet.
